Returns are free and are allowed within 30 days of receiving the item purchased. If the item is brand new, there may be a small restocking fee due to the item becoming open box, depending on the item. The item is to be returned in the condition that it was sent out as and include any additional accessories, booklets, or media that came with it. If the item is not returned properly, a partial refund may occur. International shipments will be done through eBay GSP or USPS or UPS International. If your order is through eBay GSP, they will process the order once it is delivered to their international center (Glendale Heights, Illinois).
